Russell J Baxter was admitted to practice as a Solicitor in 1989.

Prior to being admitted he was a New South Wales Police Prosecutor.

Since being admitted he has worked in-house with a very large corporation undertaking commercial transactions and disputes. In a medium sized Law Firm in suburban Sydney undertaking litigation of all matters with the exception of Family Law. In partnership in a small practice and now in his own practice out of Tweed Heads and Parramatta.
